Next in importance, he is a bona fide expert in the area he covers, and particularly Lake LBJ. From many years of experience, he knows the area, the values, the properties for sale, and the pros and cons of specific locations. Next in importance, Mr. Spears works hard, not hesitating to show a representative array of properties to help the buyer get the lay of the land. Technically on contracts and closing he is competent, and we have been particularly impressed with his "after care" helping us locate good services, vendors, etc. We have nothing but good things to say about Jeff Spears and highly recommend him.
