Market Conditions Have You on Hold?
I am working with several buyers that are slow to make a move in this market. The sellers I represent are equally frustrated by the lack of activity in our slow market.
I understand everyone's position. Keep in mind that historically low interest rates and lower prices exist today. It is a great time to buy if you find the right property. I understand that some want to wait and see what happens in the future and that is anyone's guess.
I encourage people to get involved in this market which is pristine for buyers. If you find a great property that you love, chances are you will make a really good investment. It also is a great time to figure out exactly what you want and to be prepared to make a move in the future when you feel the time is just right.
