What Makes for a Better Agent?
What is the most important thing an agents can do to serve you best? The answer is surprisingly easy. Always do what is in the best interest of their client. This rule is the primary basis for the Code of Ethics all Realtors vow to uphold. Unfortunately, many loose sight of this direction.
The current market is quite tough on everyone. Buyers might be the one exception to this statement. The average number of sales for an agent in the Highland Lakes area over that past 18 months is 2. I have sold 41 properties in that period. Why or how? I am following the basic principle of only doing what is best for my clients. Always tell the truth. Do not pressure anyone or push them into decisions.
