This is a great time to start looking for property. Activity often picks up for listings just after the holidays. The best deals will go first. And, some properties that have sat on the market for too long will be taking some serious price reductions if they want to move.
Low interest rates cannot last indefinitely. The finance savings is a great incentive to buy and should help to further a market recovery in early 2010.
