There are multiple POAs in our area. If you purchase a property requiring mandatory membership to the POA, you have accepted some liability for the organization.
Make sure you request official POA documentation, including financial data, as part of your purchase offer. You deserve this information and need to know that your POA is in sound condition to support the needs of the neighborhood.
