The Market is Not Dead
Ever have a great weekend? I sold two homes, representing both the buyers and sellers on each. And, I secured two new listings this weekend. That is a great weekend in any market.
My point is the market is moving towards the positive and appropriately priced homes are still selling all the time. Right pricing and a willingness to negotiate are essential. Greed has to be thrown out the window, but a good profit is still an often outcome.
A great year for an agent is 20 sells. I am working on numbers 25 and 26 with these two recent deals. This is a record year for me and I am extremely appreciative, especially to my clients. Our transactions prove things can happen!
