The difference in personalities and they way people think is amazing. It is true no two persons are alike. And, just when you think you know how someone will re-act, BOOM!, they surprise you.
The great thing about having a real estate agent involved in a transaction is the distance they put between the buyers and the sellers. Your agent is truly a cushion and a source of ventilation. If the two parties discussed things directly, more deals would definitely fall apart. A good agent is not emotionally involved and should be a major help bringing two different views to one agreeable solution.
Buyers and sellers often build up some steam about a transaction and can use the agent to let it out. Feel free. That is part of our job.
As angry or frustrated as both parties can sometimes get, they almost always are smiling in the end!
