Keeping Appointments
As an agent, I really appreciate the opportunity to show a client properties and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, some people feel comfortable not keeping their appointments with agents. Please keep in mind you are not only affecting one person. I am a professional and my time is valuable. However, other agents are involved in arranging viewings. Most importantly, sellers will change their schedules and go out of their way to make their homes presentable for a showing. They are most disappointed when the viewing does not take place.
Out of common courtesy for others, please call when you cannot make your appointment. Agents love for their phone to ring and truly appreciate your business!
