Highland Lakes Community Information

The HLAoR serves the Highland Lakes region of the Texas Hill Country

The Highland Lakes area of Central Texas is comprised of a string of 6 lakes sourced by the Colorado River.  Burnet and Llano counties include Lake Buchanan, Inks Lake, Lake LBJ and Lake Marble Falls in the upper end of the series.  Wildlife and activities are abundant.

Please check out the various links to obtain more information about our area including Lakes and Dams, County Tax Roles, Schools, Restrictions, etc.

The LCRA Water Report is updated almost daily and contains great information, especially for waterfront home owners and those planning lake activities.
